We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will work with you to make it right — including a full refund if warranted under the conditions below.

1. Digital Product Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are considered final after the 7-day guarantee window has passed. Within that window, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review each request with grace and fairness.

Eligible products for refund:

  • Jesus Is Ebook ($17) — refundable within 7 days of purchase
  • Jesus Is Course ($97) — refundable within 7 days of purchase
  • Jesus Is Bundle ($107) — refundable within 7 days of purchase

2. Refund Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • For the Jesus Is Course or Bundle: the buyer must not have accessed or completed more than the first two modules of the course. Accessing the majority of the course content indicates engagement and acceptance of the material, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
  • For the Jesus Is Ebook: the buyer must not have downloaded, printed, or shared the ebook content.
  • The request must be made in good faith. Refund requests that appear designed to obtain and retain the full content without payment will be declined.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at jrlouis@jesusis.site with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for purchase
  • Your PayPal transaction ID (found in your PayPal confirmation email)
  • The product you purchased
  • A brief reason for your request

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal.

4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date
  • Course refund requests where more than two modules have been accessed or completed
  • Evidence that the content has been downloaded, copied, or shared in violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Requests from customers who have previously received a refund for the same product
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us at jrlouis@jesusis.site before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve technical issues promptly and ensure you receive what you paid for.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unresolved chargebacks may result in restriction of future purchases. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and quickly.
